Most of us grew up playing with LEGO and it’s wonderful to see that it is just as loved by our little one’s too! This theme has become quite popular lately which is great for us mum’s as it is not only fun but also very easy to decorate and put together.
You can easily use your child’s own lego collection to put together decorations and centrepieces for this party theme as well as fun activity stations for all the kids to play lego during the party. Given that lego pieces really are just made up of rectangles and circles it also makes it easy to make your own lego inspired decorations and blocks for this party as well!
However I know that you don’t always have the time to make everything for the party yourself or perhaps you might not enjoy making certain things. So in this post I’ve included some Lego items you can purchase to help theme this party and then of course reuse after the party as well.
You can go for any bright colour scheme with this party although red, yellow and blue seem to be the most popular combination however it’s really up to you – as long as you can get lego pieces in your chosen colours so it’s easy to decorate. Polka-Dots is the most classic pattern to style this theme so I’ve included lots of spotty inspiration in this post.
